Behind Konark Builders is the vision and leadership of Ravi Wattamwar, whose journey has been shaped by a strong foundation in education, a passion for building, and a deep commitment to contributing to society. He pursued engineering at Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College (JNEC), an experience that helped shape his professional approach around planning, precision, quality and long-term thinking.

Over the years, Ravi Wattamwar established himself in the real estate sector with a simple yet enduring belief that a building is much more than a physical structure; it is a place where people create their lives, fulfil their dreams and build lasting memories. Through Konark Builders, he has led the creation of thoughtfully planned projects while building something equally valuable: the trust of customers, associates and communities, along with relationships that have stood the test of time.

His contribution to the real estate industry extends well beyond his own organisation. Ravi Wattamwar has had the honour of serving as Former President of CREDAI Sambhajinagar and Former Vice President of CREDAI Maharashtra. These leadership roles provided him with the opportunity to represent the industry, engage with policymakers and authorities, address important sectoral issues, and contribute towards the continued development and betterment of the real estate ecosystem.

His journey has also been defined by a strong sense of social responsibility.
